IPM Covid-19 Policy

In an effort to ensure the safety of all during this pandemic, please be advised that our Carson City and Incline Village offices are closed for the immediate future to ALL VISITORS. Despite that, IPM is still operational with staff primarily working remotely or practicing social distancing to meet your needs. For more detail on how we are serving you, please see below. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to adapt to meet business and safety needs.

Community Association Management:

Community Association Management (CAM) staff are currently working from home. All meetings are being held via teleconference. During on-site meetings, CAMs must wear a face covering and gloves, which has been provided to them; limit meeting size to no more than 5 people; encourage all to wear face coverings during the meeting; and maintain six feet of social distancing.

Building and Grounds Maintenance:

All maintenance services are operating at full capacity. The department has been provided with the following Personal Protection Equipment (PPE): Face coverings, safety glasses, gloves, hand sanitizer, and shoe coverings (for indoor repairs). All team members must wear face coverings during person-to-person interaction and maintain six feet of social distancing. Indoor repairs will require the affected unit to be vacant when work is being performed. Our team will notify residents in advance and coordinate a time for arrival. Any outdoor repairs can be made while the homeowner is home.

House Check Services:

House check services will be done as scheduled. The department has been provided with the following PPE: Masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and shoe coverings (for indoor use).

House Cleaning Services:

House cleaning services will be done as scheduled. A cleaning service will require the unit to be vacant at the time of work. Our team will notify residents in advance and coordinate a time for arrival. All cleaning must adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, and, as a result, may require additional time. Team members will also be required to use a clean set of PPE and tools for each cleaning.

Long-term Rental Services:

Rental department employees are being encouraged to perform all transactions electronically to limit face-to-face interactions. Showings for tenant-occupied properties are not permitted until further notice. One-on-one property showing are allowed in non-tenant-occupied properties, with showings limiting to 2 visitors plus the rental agent. All visitors will be required to wear PPE, which will be provided by the rental agent during their visit. The department has been provided with the following PPE: face coverings, gloves, hand sanitizer, and shoe covering (indoor use).
